Encourage tourists to visit Norway during the winter

Winter in Norway is a commercial series that showcases the spectacular nature Norway has to offer in winter. The series was produced in collaboration with Fjord Norway.

This film is about Anita's journey through the magnificent Sognefjord.

This film is about Vivian and Gunnar's journey in Rogaland.

Challenge:
In a bid to attract international visitors, Fjord Norway is promoting winter tourism in western Norway.

Solution:
Target group analysis showed international tourists perceived Norway as cold and dark in winter, with nature seeming desolate and inaccessible. To address these concerns, we sought a narrative voice that could answer potential travelers' objections.


The result:
The result was to angle the narrative voice as a travel letter to make it sound more natural and "conversational", and to differ slightly from the typical "advertising voice" to build credibility. In addition, we also emphasized that you can enjoy yourself indoors while enjoying nature, or once you're outside, it's a short walk into the heat.
The films were promoted internationally and had viewing rates of up to 75%.
